" Wow! What an amazing dining experience! Caracol truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and the ambiance was electric. We started with the baked oysters, which are to die for! The flavors are rich and smoky, and then moved on to the elote soup—absolutely packed with flavor. I wish I could recreate such richness at home! Each bite was a delightful experience. We also tried the famous tres leches cake for dessert, which was the perfect ending to our meal.
