Their curry tofu is an absolute must-try—spicy, flavorful, and packed with fresh vegetables. I usually order in, as the quality remains stellar each time and the portions are hefty. Even with takeout, it's nice to see they maintain their quality. I appreciate how they incorporate real cooking techniques that bring out different flavors without overloading on oil, unlike many takeout spots around. However, it is consistent in their varied offerings - while some dishes are sharp, I feel some dishes lack that authentic punch. " I cannot say enough good things about Sugar Cane! We had the general Gao's chicken and some crab rangoon, and it was all amazing. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, while the crab rangoon was creamy and rich, just how I like them! The service was superb, with our waiter being both friendly and attentive.
