" Today was my first visit to Big Joe's. The food was great and I thoroughly enjoyed their chicken parmesan. Despite the positive aspects of food quality, the rude phone service made placing an order uncomfortable. If they were to work on their customer relations, this could easily become a favorite pizza joint for me. The prices are good, the portions decent, and the flavors were enjoyable. The topping portions were generous and the crust had the right amount of crunch. However, the service can be a real stumbling block; the last time I called, the staff seemed rushed and dismissive. If you can overlook the snappy attitudes when placing orders, the food makes it all worthwhile. Just be sure to grab your pizza and enjoy it somewhere else! " Even though I love the pizza from Big Joe's, I really wish they would improve their customer service. Almost every time I call, the staff is unfriendly and struggles to take my order correctly. I've witnessed food being made without gloves after handling cash, which is a huge red flag in terms of cleanliness. If they improve on these fronts, I’d definitely feel more comfortable relaxing with my meal on-site! However, the pizza? Always a solid choice! " This place has been in our community forever, and I finally got around to giving it a try after hearing friends rave about it. The pizza was indeed solid, with a perfect combo of sauce and toppings. Sadly though, the experience was tainted by a rude staff member. It feels wrong to be treated poorly while trying to enjoy a meal from a place with such a good reputation.
