" I just had another great experience at Fazoli's! The atmosphere was cheerful, and I was seated quickly. We were thrilled to see that they’ve expanded the menu since our last visit. The new options sound promising, and I settled on the baked rigatoni. The flavors did not disappoint! I also enjoyed a never-ending supply of breadsticks, which I always look forward to. " Usually, I have great experiences at Fazoli's, but my last visit left me unimpressed. The food was mediocre, and my chicken Alfredo was swimming in water, which was gross. The atmosphere could definitely use improvement as well. The tables looked as though they hadn’t been wiped down in a while. Thankfully, the service staff was attentive and friendly, which is a plus!
