" I've been to Los Pericos Taqueria multiple times over the past year, and my opinion has shifted significantly. The first couple of visits were fantastic; I loved their tacos and the traditional flavors. The last trip, however, was disappointing. I ordered chicken enchiladas, and to my dismay, the chicken tasted old and slightly off. I brought it to the staff’s attention, and while they offered to rectify the mistake, it took quite a while for them to bring out a replacement. I understand that restaurants can have off days, but this had me questioning their consistency.
