" I've been hearing so much about OTARU from friends, and I finally had the chance to go. The atmosphere was intimate and romantic, the fish was fresh and deliciously prepared, and the view made the experience even better. Our server was sweet but seemed a little overwhelmed during busy times. I enjoyed the chawanmushi, which was fantastic, but I ended up leaving a little hungry because the portions were quite small for the price.
