The tamale bites were an explosion of flavor and a perfect starter for the meal. I followed up with the shrimp tacos, which were cooked to perfection. " This restaurant did not live up to the hype. The service was exceptionally slow, and I felt neglected during my visit. The food was average at best; I had the chicken fajitas, and across the board, they lacked seasoning and flavor. On top of that, a few of my friends ordered different dishes and had similar complaints. It was disheartening because I had read many positive reviews. " My first experience at Máximo was delightful! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant decorations and pleasant aroma enveloped me. I ordered the alambre and was blown away!
