" Never again! My experience at Ying Hui was awful. The chicken was overcooked and the egg rolls tasted stale. I tried to speak with the staff about it, but there was no offer of replacement nor an apology. The ambient clutter made it hard to focus on the food too. Honestly, I won't be coming back! " When I first walked into Ying Hui, I felt like I was stepping into a different world – the decor is interesting, to say the least, with all sorts of collectibles around. However, the food did not live up to the ambiance. The vegetable dumplings tasted like they had been sitting out too long and were quite dry.
