" What a gem! Aji Asian Bistro is the best place for sushi lovers in Charleston! I was floored by how fresh the fish tasted and how artfully it was cut. Every bite was heavenly. " I recently visited Aji with my family and we had a delightful time. We tried several dishes, including the pork gyoza and miso soup, and all were delicious! The miso had a depth of flavor that was truly satisfying. The service was friendly but a bit slow, as it was a busy weekend. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. " Dine here for amazing sushi and great service! We had several rolls and each one was better than the last. My favorites were the spicy tuna and eel avocado rolls! I also loved that they offered a variety of teas which made our meal much more enjoyable. The atmosphere was delightful with a cozy decor—it felt quite welcoming.
