" Union Block is easily one of my top choices for dinner in Penn Yan! The ambiance is casual yet classy, and I've never had a meal here that wasn't excellent. The insalata caprese is made with fresh mozzarella and delicious tomatoes, an absolute must-try! My latest visit was even better as they had a seasonal special—seafood risotto which was an incredible balance of flavors.
