" Chili's has always been a family favorite, so I decided to take my kids there for dinner. The kids enjoyed their mac and cheese, but my burger was somewhat undercooked. I mentioned it to the waiter, who would have been the star of the evening; he responded promptly and switched it out for me. I really appreciate that they prioritize customer satisfaction. I ordered the ribs, which were tasty, but not as warm as I would have liked. If it wasn’t for a trip to the manager to inquire about our order, I fear we would still be waiting! " I have loved Chili's for years, so my expectations were high when I visited the location this weekend. The restaurant was busy, and even though we had to wait a few minutes to be seated, once we were inside, the service was friendly. I really enjoyed their trio of dips—a must-try when you are there. The highlight of my meal was their famous baby back ribs, which were deliciously tender. However, the dessert was a bit lackluster.
