I must say, the staff has a wonderful approach to customer service - they were polite, knowledgeable, and very prompt. However, it was a bit tricky finding the place as it is tucked away in an industrial area. Once we made it there, the food made the journey worth it. Each dish was packed with flavor and generous in portions, making it a real value for the price. The owner was on-site and her passion for cooking shone through in the quality of the food. It's a simple takeout operation, but everything feels clean and organized. If you are a fan of Thai food, you owe it to yourself to visit Nan's. " I've gone to many Thai restaurants, but Nan's Thai To-Go has set the bar high. The food is fantastic, and I've never had such flavorful Pad Woon Sen before. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and prepared with care. The only downside is that it is takeout only, which can be a bit inconvenient, but it is absolutely worth it if you love authentic Thai food. Service was fantastic; they made sure my order was correct and even offered to give me some suggestions for my next visit! For Thai lovers in Fredericksburg, this place is a must!
