" I decided to give Taco Bell another chance after a bad experience a few months back. Sadly, nothing has changed. The food was okay, but the service was still subpar. The staff seemed disorganized as they forgot one of my items and the dining area was not very clean. At least the food portion was decent. " I have been visiting Taco Bell since I was a kid, and I have to say the quality has really declined in recent years. The last time I visited, the food was cold and not flavorful at all. It's concerning how they seem to have gotten the tortillas so wrong - they're undercooked and rubbery. The service was also quite unhelpful; the staff acted as if serving customers was a chore. " I had the worst dining experience at Taco Bell the other day. I ordered two burritos and nachos, but they got my order wrong. Instead of my burritos, I received two completely different items. I didn’t notice until I got home, and I was extremely upset. When I called the store, the staff were dismissive and said I had to come back to fix it.
