" This past weekend, I decided to visit El Salto for dinner with my family. We were pleasantly surprised by how warm and inviting the atmosphere was. " El Salto is a fun place with delicious food. My favorite here is definitely their quesadilla with guacamole on the side. The only adjustment I'd recommend is for them to work on the consistency of their service. On some occasions, I've had to wait longer for drinks. " I've tried El Salto a few times now, and while the atmosphere is consistently vibrant, some of the dishes can be hit or miss. The tacos I had during my last visit were great, but the mole sauce left much to be desired—more like a dull gravy. I appreciate the friendly staff and the prompt service, however.
