" We decided to celebrate my birthday at Mosaico and what a great choice it was! The ambiance is so inviting and warm. I ordered the eggplant parmesan, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was hearty and perfectly seasoned. The only downside was that our dessert came late, but the tiramisu was worth the wait!
