" I'll start by saying I am a fan of Moe's. They've got a great selection of fresh ingredients and allow so much customization. I ordered a burrito, but when I bit into it, I found that it was filled with too much rice and hardly any protein. Plus, my order took much longer than expected, and the staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours. I'm hoping it's just a one-time experience because I do love the concept. " Decided to pop into Moe's after work for a quick bite. The staff was friendly and had a cheerful demeanor which made my visit pleasant. However, the portion size on the nachos I ordered was quite lacking. It might have been a busy day for them but that shouldn't affect the quality. " Oh wow, where do I even begin? First off, I've entered Moe's without huge expectations but was absolutely blown away by their customer service. The moment I stepped inside, I felt welcomed. The server explained the menu clearly and helped me decide on a burrito topped with their signature salsas. When the food arrived, it was plentiful and very flavorful. " I had high hopes for Moe's, having been told it's superior to other chains. I ordered back-to-back visits and while the first was decent, the second left much to be desired. The burrito I had was bland; I would rate it a two on flavor! Additionally, my friend's meal had what seemed like expired ingredients. We raised our concerns but the servers just shrugged it off.
