" My experience at East Wok can only be described as horrendous. The food was salty, and I tasted nothing authentic about it. The beef fried rice was greasy, and there was barely any beef in it – mostly just rice and soy sauce. The surroundings were also quite dirty, with trash visible on the ground, which didn’t help the overall experience. I can’t see myself recommending this place to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere! " (*Curated Review*)

" I was really hoping to find a hidden gem, but East Wok fell short in every department. The chicken in my dish was overcooked, and the fried rice tasted stale, almost as if it was reheated from yesterday. I didn't even finish my meal, which is rare for me. The only decent part was the egg roll, but even that was greasy. I won't be returning again anytime soon. " (*Curated Review*)

" What a frustrating experience! After hearing mixed reviews, I decided to give East Wok a shot. While the staff were quite nice, the food was disappointing. My sesame chicken was heavily disguised in syrupy sauce, and the side salad tasted old. I wanted to enjoy my meal, but the lack of effort in the food preparation made it hard to appreciate anything. I genuinely wouldn't recommend this place until they make some changes. " (*Curated Review*)

" I've been looking for a great place to enjoy Chinese food, but sadly East Wok was not it. I ordered a special, and it came out tasting off. There was lots of soy sauce in every dish, and none hit the spot. The meat was mostly chewy, and the service felt a bit inattentive. The environment left a bad taste in my mouth since it wasn’t clean at all. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good Chinese cuisine. " (*Curated Review*)

" If you're looking for authentic Chinese food, avoid East Wok. I had higher expectations, but what I got was a sad version of what I ordered. The fried rice was basic, and the beef was tough and heavily fatty. After my visit, I felt a stomach ache and wondered if the food was even fresh. I won't be returning, as I was quite unhappy with the overall experience. " (*Curated Review*)

" Despite it being a popular spot, my experience at East Wok was less than stellar. The decor was unkempt, and my meal was both cold and subpar. The flavors simply weren't there, and the portion sizes were misleadingly small. I don't understand the positive reviews because my meal was thoroughly unappetizing. I’ll look elsewhere for better options. " (*Curated Review*)

" I tried to visit East Wok with family, but we were all wasted on the poor food quality. We ordered a variety of dishes, and not one was pleasing. Shrimp fried rice tasted more like plain rice, and meat was either rubbery or missing altogether. I wouldn’t go back even if they paid me. It seems like management has really given up on standards, and it shows. " (*Curated Review*)
