" I went to Wan Q and had the worst experience ever. The service was horrendous—after waiting for ages to be acknowledged, when I placed my order it took even longer for my food to arrive. I found my grilled shrimp weren’t cleaned properly, and it was unacceptable. My friend also had issues where they forgot part of her order. The atmosphere felt chaotic rather than welcoming. " I really wanted to love Wan Q after hearing so many good things about it, but it was an underwhelming experience. The chow mein was flavorless, and the service was inattentive. I had to wait quite a while for my drink refill. While the restaurant does have some charm, I don’t think I would return after this visit. There are other places in town that do it better.
