" I went to Red Lantern for lunch, and it was surprisingly good! I ordered the wonton soup and duck spring rolls, which were both fantastic. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. However, I did find the service somewhat lacking as our server seemed overwhelmed. Still, the food made up for it, and I would highly recommend giving this place a try, especially if you're looking for a good lunch spot. " (*Curated Review*)
" This was my first visit to Red Lantern and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The ambiance is warm, and the service was outstanding. We started with spring rolls, which were delightful. I went for the house special seafood dish, and it was fantastic—abundant seafood mixed with vegetables. And while the pricing is competitive for the portion sizes offered, I felt some dishes could've used a little more seasoning. All in all, a nice experience and I'd recommend it to anyone nearby. " Red Lantern is a true gem for anyone in the area craving Chinese food. It's perfect for families with their large portions and reasonable prices. I had their family special which was just enough food for our group of six. The taste didn't disappoint either, everything was well-seasoned. Our server was attentive and made sure we were satisfied with our meal. The ambiance could use a bit of sprucing up—but for the food and service, it’s worth it! Looking forward to my next visit here. " I had the worst experience at Red Lantern last week. It started when we entered and found the floor sticky; not a good sign. We were seated and after a long wait, the server took our order. The food came out and to my horror, the chicken was overcooked and dry, while the vegetables were limp and unappetizing. I ended up leaving almost all of my meal uneaten. The service was polite, but even that couldn't make up for the poor food quality. I won’t be going back anytime soon, and I can’t recommend it to anyone. " (*Curated Review*)
" I absolutely love this place! The moment you walk in, the cozy ambiance draws you in. I ordered the General Tso's chicken, and it was fantastic! The chicken was fluffy and covered in a sweet sauce with just a hint of spice. The portions were massive, and I ended up taking some home. My only complaint would be the service—while friendly, it did take a bit long to get our drinks. But overall, I highly recommend Red Lantern to anyone looking for delicious Chinese food at great prices. I'll definitely be coming back! " (*Curated Review*)
" I recently had a family meal at Red Lantern, and it was hit or miss. Some dishes were truly delightful, especially the dumplings which were bursting with flavor. Others, like the fried rice, left a lot to be desired. Service was friendly, but it took a while for our food to arrive, which was frustrating. I guess it depends on what you order. Despite that, we did enjoy the generous portion sizes, and I might return just to try out their lunch specials. " (*Curated Review*)
" I was really looking forward to my meal at Red Lantern, praised for its authentic flavors. However, honestly, my experience was quite underwhelming. Both the dishes I ordered were bland and could have used more seasoning. The atmosphere was okay but felt a bit cluttered. Service was friendly, but my food took a bit longer than expected. I doubt I will revisit since I expected so much more. " (*Curated Review*)
