" I opted for takeout from San Juan Mixtepec and I must say, the food was still so delicious! I got the tacos al pastor which were fragrant and packed with flavor. The service was smooth, and the staff were very helpful in guiding my order. The portion size was generous, which was appreciated. The only setback was that the guacamole didn’t travel well, and I wished it was fresher. However, this doesn't overshadow the experience I had. I will definitely dine in next time! " Had dinner with my family and I must say it’s one of the best Mexican restaurants we have tried. My wife loved her chick and cheese enchiladas! We shared and ended with a sweet treat of flan, which was delightful! The staff was friendly, helping with our choice of dishes, giving us detailed descriptions. A friend ordered the flan for dessert and I definitely regretted not getting one for myself, it was so rich and creamy! " I love this restaurant! The food is so flavorful and authentic. I treated my family to dinner here, and we all left happy and full. I tried the steak fajitas which were served with an abundance of fresh veggies. The tortillas were handmade and you could really taste the difference. The waitstaff was friendly, although they were quite busy on a Saturday night. Despite that, the service was decent and they were very accommodating. I look forward to our next visit for sure! " I can't stop talking about my experience at San Juan Mixtepec! As someone who regularly eats Mexican food, I can confidently say this was some of the best I've had outside of Mexico itself. We were a group of six, and every single dish was immaculate. I personally loved the birria tacos which were succulent and paired perfectly with the consome. To top it off, the handmade tortillas added an excellent touch. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group, which was very appreciated. The only downside?
