" I was really excited to try El Cantaro, but left a bit underwhelmed. I ordered the taco platter, and even though it was vegan, I didn’t find the flavors to be vibrant or authentic as I had hoped. The atmosphere was nice, and it was bustling, but I’ve had better food elsewhere. The service was exemplary though which saved the experience somewhat. " Best vegan Mexican I've ever tried! I went to El Cantaro on a whim and found it to be absolutely delightful. The flavors were vibrant and absolutely delicious!
