" When you think of ramen in NYC, E.A.K. has to be on your shortlist. The chashu was the best I've had, being tender and perfectly seasoned. The gyoza is another highlight, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. I enjoyed the cozy yet modern vibe of the place. My only complaint was that it can get a bit loud when packed.
