" The experience at VELE was enchanted. The ambiance was romantic, perfect for a birthday celebration. We indulged in their seafood specials – the grilled octopus was out of this world, tender and flavorful. The lamb chops were phenomenal, incredibly juicy with the right amount of seasoning. We also tried the infused olive oil for dipping, a nice touch that elevated the meal. However, we did encounter slow service during the peak dinner hour, which was a slight letdown. The care that the chef puts into each dish is evident. The only tiny nitpick was the seating; we sat on the patio, and while it was charming, the chairs were a bit uncomfortable. I chose the spicy seafood pasta, but it was overcooked and lacked the flavors I expected. Service was okay, but we felt ignored at times. I do want to acknowledge the ambiance was beautiful, but good looks can only go so far without decent food. I may give it another try in the future, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend it. " VELE truly is a treat for the senses! Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The grilled octopus appetizer was exceptional. The portion sizes were great for sharing, but I must admit, I could have easily eaten it all myself! Our server was fantastic with the wine pairings, enhancing our dining experience even more.
