" Blossom is fantastic! The atmosphere is lovely, and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. The general tsos was delicious and cooked perfectly without being too saucy -- it was just the right balance. I did find that the accompanying fried rice wasn’t as flavorful as I hoped for, but it was still enjoyable. I appreciate their willingness to modify orders when it comes to allergies, as it’s often difficult to find restaurants that accommodate that nowadays. " I had a superb experience at Blossom recently! From the friendly welcome to the quick service that never felt rushed, everything was just right. We started with the egg drop soup, which was perfectly seasoned. I chose the sweet and sour pork dish and found it crispy with just the right balance of sweet and tangy. While I expected a more authentic flavor profile, the chow mein was a pleasant surprise, bursting with delightful taste, although the BBQ pork didn't meet my expectations as it felt slightly tough. " Our family comes here often, and we consistently enjoy the food and service at Blossom. The kids love their chicken fried rice and orange chicken, which they say is the best they've ever had! I, on the other hand, am an adventurous eater and tried the spicy basil shrimp, which had just the right kick without being overwhelming. The dining area is kid-friendly with its vibrant decor and cleanliness. We often order extra just to have leftovers for lunch!
