" Taqueria De Anda has become one of my favorites for a reason! The tripas tacos are exceptionally cooked, with the right amount of crunch that I adore. I’ve also tried their carnitas, but those were a bit inconsistent for me. During my last visit, they were a little greasy and not as flavorful. The service is usually fast, which I appreciate, especially when I'm on a lunch break. There’s something special about eating tacos made fresh right in front of you that adds to the authenticity.
