" Last Saturday was an absolute disaster at this Chili's! Our server was completely absent for most of our time there. The food dragged out and when it finally arrived, it was cold and not even close to what we ordered! To top it off, my salad looked wilted. I can't recall a more frustrating dining experience. " Oh, how times have changed! Chili's used to be our family's favorite restaurant, but our visit last week was disappointing. The food quality seems to have dipped significantly!
