" I had a mixed experience at El Rodeo lately. The food is generally great, especially their enchiladas which are bursting with flavor. I do wish that the complimentary chips and salsa were still unlimited, as they have changed that recently. The margaritas are fantastic and the atmosphere is vibrant, but a couple of times the service seemed off, taking longer than expected to check on us.
