" It seems like Gringo's is struggling these days. I dined there last month, and while the service was thoroughly friendly, the food was just not up to par. I had a taco salad, and the ingredients tasted off—nothing like the fresh flavors I'm used to. I really miss the old Gringo's! It's a shame since I have so many fond memories of this place. " Visited Gringo's for the first time in a while, and I'm not sure what happened to the food quality. My nachos were practically just chips with a dollop of cheese and no toppings whatsoever.
