" I visited Hunan after hearing great things, and I must say the princess chicken is to die for. It's a bit on the sweet side but doesn’t lose that signature flavor I associate with good Chinese food. However, the buffet did have some gaps during our visit which made it feel a bit chaotic. " After hearing so much about Hunan, I finally decided to visit. I started with their hot and sour soup, which transported me right back to my favorite Chinese restaurant from years ago. The flavors were authentic and nostalgic. I followed it with the Princess Chicken, which was beautifully crispy and came with a delightful sauce. Despite this, I did find that some items on the buffet seemed a little stale. The ambiance was nice but quite quiet on a Wednesday evening.
