" Otto Strada was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff. The decor invokes a cozy Italian feel, making it an excellent spot for a casual night out or a romantic dinner. We indulged in their burrata appetizer, which was incredibly creamy, followed by the truffle mushroom pasta. Honestly, it was the best pasta I've ever tasted! Each bite was an experience, full of rich, deep flavors. The dessert, a Nutella calzone, was the perfect way to end our meal. Plus, being able to bring our own wine made the experience even more special. I can't recommend Otto Strada enough! Our new favorite spot in Hoboken. " (*Curated Review*)
" Oh my, Otto Strada is a culinary treasure! We noticed right away how the ambiance was inviting, with rustic Italian touches all around. We shared the prosciutto, mozzarella, and apricot burrata boards, which were delightful! Our mains included the seafood linguini and ravioli, and both were tremendous! The flavors were so authentic – my taste buds couldn’t get enough. The only downside was the wait time on Saturdays; I understand why it’s busy! Will definitely be back on our next trip to Hoboken. " Had some high expectations for Otto Strada after hearing so much hype! The meal started off well with some appetizers, but the main course left me underwhelmed. I ordered the gnocchi, and to be frank, it tasted reheated rather than freshly made. The service was good, and the ambiance felt lively. However, given the price points, I expected memorable food. Might give it another chance because the pasta seems to have it's fans. I appreciate the BYOB option though, gives it a nice touch! " (*Curated Review*)
" Disappointed with this place, to be honest. The food looked fantastic but didn't taste as great as I expected for the price. The stuffed artichoke was mostly breadcrumbs, lacking in flavor and actual artichokes. On top of that, my dish arrived cold, which really changed my experience. I understand that restaurants can have off nights, but I think I expected more based on past reviews. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff was friendly, but the food is what matters the most for me. I might give it another try, but it will require convincing. " (*Curated Review*)
" My date and I enjoyed a lovely evening at Otto Strada! The ambiance felt intimate with nice soft lighting. We started with the bruschetta which had such fresh flavors—I could eat it every day! For our main courses, we opted for the truffle pasta and a pizza. Both were enjoyable and beautifully plated. Although there was a bit of a wait for our drinks, the staff apologized sincerely, and that made it more bearable. Overall, we had a great time and will surely return! " (*Curated Review*)
" Had a mix of experiences here. The food was knocked out of the park; the burrata and bruschetta were perfect to start, and the mushroom pasta was creamy and rich. However, we did have a long wait for our table even with reservations. Once we got seated, things moved a lot faster. I'd recommend taking a breath and enjoying the moment... it’s a culinary adventure for sure! I’ll be back again for sure, armed with more patience. " (*Curated Review*)
" What a wonderful restaurant! Otto Strada combines authenticity with a modern twist. I can't get enough of their homemade pastas; they consistently deliver great flavors. The setting is casual, with a lovely outdoor area. I tried the veal ravioli and it was among the best I've had! The staff is always friendly, making a real effort to ensure a pleasant experience. Just a note, it can get busy, so a reservation or an early arrival could be beneficial. Recommend! " (*Curated Review*)
