" I had a nice experience at Cicis recently, and it was refreshing to see a cleaner dining area. The selection of pizzas was varied, with some new varieties that actually tasted pretty good! While I can't say that the service was outstanding, it was acceptable. Perhaps they've recently had a staff overhaul, as I noticed a lot of helpful activity on the buffet. " I’m disheartened by my last experience at Cicis Pizza. While I used to enjoy visiting, the quality of both service and food have significantly dropped. During my last visit, many tables were dirty, and it was obvious none of the staff were making an effort to clean them while I was there. The food wasn't much better; the buffet pizzas were cold, and I swear the pepperoni looked dubious. This is a shame, as we used to love it. Regrettably, it's unlikely we will return to this location. " A couple of weeks ago, I decided to take my family to Cicis, hoping they had improved since the last time we'd visited. Sadly, I found the opposite to be true. The cleanliness of the establishment was terrible; multiple tables remained dirty, and the floor was sticky. The food itself didn't appear to be fresh, and I swear some of the pizzas had toppings that were old and unappealing. " We recently visited this Cicis and, honestly, it was not a great experience. The pizza was mediocre at best and the selection during lunch was extremely limited. The staff didn’t seem to care about keeping things stocked or fresh. There was even a weird smell throughout the buffet area. This used to be one of our favorite places, but after this visit, we will be looking for alternatives. The customer service also wasn’t up to par, which was surprising given their usual standards.
