" Last Saturday night, I tried Pancho Villa and must say it was an eventful evening! We arrived without reservations and thankfully were seated promptly. I ordered their signature fajitas del rancho and was pleasantly surprised by how colorful and flavorful they were! The combination of meats was savory, and there were plenty of toppings to choose from. The margaritas, however, could use a bit more flavor but were still enjoyable. While the service was a bit slow due to the busy environment, the friendly demeanor of the staff made it worthwhile.
