" I rarely write reviews, but I had to for Phở Factory. It’s my absolute favorite Vietnamese restaurant! Everything from the pho to the dumplings is delicious. I particularly love their oxtail pho, bursting with rich flavor and paired with fresh herbs and bean sprouts. The service has always been helpful, and the prices are reasonable. " Ah, what a disappointment. I used to love Phở Factory, but my last order was simply unacceptable. The pho I received had a weird smell, and the meat was questionable. In addition, they took nearly 45 minutes to get my order to me despite the restaurant being half-empty. The server was polite, but there was a clear lack of organization.
