" I can't say enough about the flavorful foods at La Tapatia Market. You get the whole package when you walk in—from fresh fruits and vegetables to prepared foods that are perfect for a quick lunch. The chilaquiles are among the best I've tried, and the portions are generous. However, the chaos during the weekends can be a turn-off; it gets too crowded and difficult to navigate. " La Tapatia Market stands out for its incredible meat department. I ordered carne asada for a family gathering and it was phenomenal. Richly marinated, tender, and cooked perfectly on the grill! The freshness of the meat was evident. That being said, the store can be quite claustrophobic, especially during peak hours. You almost feel like you've stepped into a bustling market in Mexico! They also have a wonderful bakery. I took home some pan dulce, which brought back so many childhood memories. Last week, I bought some incredible steaks for carne asada. The workers were friendly and even helped suggest marinade ideas. However, I was a bit disappointed with the bakery section. I ordered a tres leches cake that looked perfect but was overly sweet and soggy. Despite that, I enjoyed my experience overall and loved exploring the different food sections.
