" I grew up with Pontillo's! They have always been our go-to for pizza. Recently, they started to focus more on quality, and it's noticeable. The dough is freshly made, meaning the crust has that delicious crunch combined with a chewy texture. Each slice is generous, and the flavors are well balanced. I love their special garlic pizza with fresh mozzarella! Every time I go back, I find myself more in love with their food. The staff is also excellent — very friendly and accommodating. " I had a horrible experience with Pontillo's the last time I ordered. The staff was not very accommodating when I asked for a specific type of crust. When the pizza arrived, it was burnt, and I was very disappointed. I didn’t want to complain, but the quality of food was something I've never experienced before at this restaurant. " Disappointing experience at Pontillo's last night. After waiting a long time for the food to arrive, the pizza was delivered not only late but also cold. The toppings had all slid off to the center, making it very unappetizing. Their wings were still good but I expected better from the pizza place that has always been my favorite. " Pontillo's has been a go-to for my family for years. The pizzas are usually excellent, but their wings are where they truly shine! With just the right level of crispiness and flavor, they're consistently satisfying. However, sometimes the pizzas can be hit or miss with the toppings distribution. We love their Mini-Cap n Char pepperoni topping - it’s our absolute favorite! When the pizza is made well, it tastes like a slice of heaven. " I visited Pontillo's based on a friend's recommendation and was sadly underwhelmed. The pizza seemed like it could have been frozen, and the toppings were anything but fresh. There was definitely a lack of garlic and other seasonings – it almost seemed bland. I can’t deny that the staff was friendly, but I came for the pizza, which sadly didn’t live up to the hype. It's a shame because the wings showed promise with their taste and texture. It is disappointing when a place with such a good name fails to deliver on all fronts. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
