" You know how some places just feel like home? Taco Mayo is that for me! From the first bite of my enchiladas to the last sip of refreshing horchata, I am fully satisfied every time. The staff knows me at this point, and they treat me like family. I also appreciate how they are taking steps to improve the food quality. In my last visit, the enchiladas were exceptionally delicious and I even got a special discount as a loyal customer! " The best thing about Taco Mayo is their potato locos! I simply adore those things. They are so cheesy and flavorful, but I did find the atmosphere on my last visit rather dingy. " I was very disappointed with my experience at Taco Mayo. Just the other day, I placed a to-go order for a burrito and some chips, and to be honest, it was confusing trying to figure out where the line started. After my order was taken, it took forever to get my food. There was also a strange odor in the restaurant that made me reconsider my decision to try. When I finally got my burrito, it was mostly tortilla with hardly any filling. For the price I paid, it just wasn’t worth it. Definitely will be looking for better options next time. " I used to love Taco Mayo, but I have found it slipping on quality the last couple of visits. The flavors seem bland and dull compared to what I remember. I ordered a burrito this time, and it was cold and sloppy. I wasn’t impressed with the service either; I felt like I was just another order.
