" I have to admit, my family and I have sampled just about every Chinese buffet in the area, and Hing Ta is one of the better ones. Their shrimp dishes are uniquely delicious, and the selection is definitely more authentic compared to others. We had a great experience, although I noticed that the staff was sometimes busy and less attentive as the pace of patrons increased.
