" Overall a great experience! The cart service was one of the highlights—so much to choose from, and the staff was friendly. The har gow was amazing and truly popped with flavors, much better than what I’ve had elsewhere. However, I felt a couple of plates were a bit overpriced for the portion size. " I've been to many dim sum places in the Bay, but East Ocean has quickly become my favorite. The flavors are spot on and so many items were just perfectly prepared. The stuff on the carts, like the pork buns and chicken feet, made it a true dim sum experience.
