" After several visits to New China Buffet, I found the food quality to be wildly inconsistent. Normally, I enjoy the hibachi options, but on my latest trip, the meat was rather tough, and the vegetables tasted bland. The staff were friendly enough, but it was quite chaotic during our meal. The portion sizes were generous, though, so it’s a decent option if you’re hungry but don’t expect gourmet food. " (*Curated Review*)
" If you're seeking traditional Chinese food, this buffet may not meet your expectations. The dishes are repetitive, and fresh options seem limited. I was particularly unimpressed with the sushi, which tasted old and lacked creativity. The atmosphere had that buffet vibe but felt a little cramped. Service was decent, but I wish they concentrated more on restocking the buffet rather than clearing our plates. Overall, it was just okay. " (*Curated Review*)
" I wouldn’t recommend New China Buffet unless you’re very hungry. The food quality varies tremendously. I found the vegetable dishes to be overwhelmingly salty and overcooked while the meat options generally paled in comparison to what you can find elsewhere. The ambiance was quite stale, and one waitress tried to pressure us into tipping her more... Not a great experience. " (*Curated Review*)
" We’ve been to New China Buffet a few times since it opened, and I have to say, the quality has dipped recently. During our last visit, a lot of the dishes were cold, and the crab legs briefly lost their freshness. It's a shame because the service was decent, and we had no trouble with the waitstaff. For a buffet, I'll say the portion sizes are generous, but I wish the food was as good as it used to be. " (*Curated Review*)
" On my visit with a group of friends, we had a mixed experience at New China Buffet. The service was attentive, but overall, the food didn’t live up to the expectations. I was particularly disappointed with some cold and dry options. However, the dessert area made up for this somewhat with delightful choices, including ice cream. I may consider returning again just for dessert! " (*Curated Review*)
" To be honest, the New China Buffet was a bit disappointing. The ambiance gave off a rundown vibe, and I found the food lacking in fresh flavors. The crab legs were decent, but many other dishes left something to be desired. Service was also lacking at times. I’m not sure if I’ll return anytime soon. " (*Curated Review*)
" The variety at New China Buffet offers something for everyone. However, I felt much of the food lacked the bold, authentic flavors I anticipated from a Chinese buffet. The service was pleasant enough, but I wish the dishes were served hotter. Good portion sizes and value for what you get! " (*Curated Review*)
