" Visited ZOE Cocktail Bar last weekend for a friend's birthday and had a blast! This place knows how to throw a party. The bartenders were quick and friendly, and the cocktails were delicious. I'm not a huge fan of dark & loud bars, but ZOE managed to strike a balance. The nachos and sliders we ordered were tasty too.
