" Chef’s kiss for Mexontherun! I tried their tacos for the first time and fell in love. The authenticity checked all the right boxes for me. I wish I could eat there every day! " I visited Mexontherun on a Saturday afternoon and was thrilled to find out they were serving when I got there! The tacos were delicious but lacked just a bit of spice which I was hoping for. The staff were more than friendly, though, and they made up for it with their excellent service. " So I decided to try Mexontherun after seeing multiple friends post about it, and wow, I'm glad I did! The birria tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had. They were full of meat and flavor, and the tortillas had a lovely texture. However, I was a bit bummed that they hadn’t opened yet when I arrived despite what their sign said. I enjoyed the crunch of the corn tortillas enhanced with that rich birria flavor. I was slightly disappointed to find the consomme wasn’t quite the robust broth I expected, but it still paired nicely with the tacos. " Had an incredible meal at Mexontherun. Their birria tacos are like nothing I've ever had. They are incredibly authentic and genuinely remind me of street tacos from Mexico! I was also pleasantly surprised by the portions—definitely a great deal for what you pay. The only downside was a bit of grease in the consomme, but that didn’t affect my overall experience.
