" Chipotle is okay, but I have mixed feelings about this location. When I ordered a chicken burrito, it was filled to the brim, but the last few times I've gotten a bowl, I felt ripped off with the amount of chicken. I noticed they were generous with the toppings, but parts of the rice were somewhat cold. The staff is generally friendly, but they could improve in how quickly they fill online orders. " Chipotle has always intrigued me. It’s fast food, yes, but it feels a lot better than typical fast food chains. I really enjoy their vegetarian options, especially the sofritas. They're delicious and packed with flavor. However, I’ve had mixed service experiences at this particular location. " I'm not impressed. Tried taking a break from cooking, thinking Chipotle would be a good option for a family meal. We ordered online and every meal came out wrong. Spent way more than I should have for incorrect orders, some food was missing altogether. I will say when we got the right food, it tasted good, but that’s a lot to pay for so many mistakes. " I have a love-hate relationship with Chipotle. I love the food; however, each visit seems to come with an unexpected twist. Once my bowl was filled with rice and barely had any beans or meat to speak of. Another time, they forgot my chips altogether! I can't help but feel frustrated given how much I enjoy their food overall. Still, they have some of the best flavors for fast-casual dining out there. " Life savior! At least that's what I'd call Chipotle whenever I’m in a hurry. The online ordering feature has been a game changer. I can order ahead, and when I arrive everything is usually ready to go. Usually, the portions are decent and the food is tasty. However, I have had a couple of instances where the order wasn’t ready which can be frustrating, especially if you're on a tight schedule.
