" Kobe isn't what it used to be. I used to enjoy dining here, but the last few times, I have experienced nothing but disappointment. The sushi rolls are not fresh and have a strange aftertaste. The hibachi grilling was lacking flavor, and the portions feel smaller now than when I last visited. Will definitely be avoiding this restaurant going forward as it continues to decline. " The only bright side during my visit to Kobe was the decor, which had a nice Asian touch. Beyond that, everything fell flat, starting with the service. Our server had trouble with our orders, and the sushi rolls were tiny, with very little fish. I wouldn't say that it tasted bad, but it definitely did not taste fresh or authentic. The sushi rolls were unauthentic and quite small, somewhat reminiscent of a fast-food version of sushi. " Disappointing experience! I ordered a sushi platter for takeout, and when I got home, I realized that the rolls were falling apart and the fish was warm, which is not what quality sushi should be. It felt rushed, and the flavor was just nonexistent. The service during the pickup wasn't any better; I felt like an inconvenience rather than a customer.
