" The wait staff was terrific, always checking in and making sure we were happy. The restaurant was busy, but the service kept pace with the crowd. " Birthday dinner at Coyote’s was a blast! The staff was friendly, and they even brought out a dessert for the birthday girl! The food was delicious; I had the steak fajitas, and they didn't disappoint. Plenty of food, great value. " Wow, what a hidden gem! I've been to many Mexican restaurants, and Coyote's has a unique flair. Their drinks are absolutely delicious, especially the margaritas; go for the tropical flavor!
