" I was really excited to try Tijerina Masa & Tortilla after hearing all the hype about their masa. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The masa was perfectly textured and really complemented the filling of the tamales. I did think some of the other side dishes like the corn tortillas could have been better as they seemed a little too thin.
