" You can't go wrong with their jilaibi! It's a treat unlike any other. I love visiting during Ramadan when they have special dishes. However, the wait times can be frustrating, especially in peak hours. I also wish they had a better system for taking care of reservations. All in all, I always leave happy with my meal. " The décor of Al-Aqsa was nice, and they had a good vibe going, but the service left something to be desired. I felt like our waitress forgot about us! The food was good, especially the samosas, but I think they need to improve on the staff training aspect. It could be great if they just paid a little more attention to customers. " I usually order delivery from Al-Aqsa and it's consistently good. The chicken curry is my go-to, and it tastes authentic every time. However, once in a while, they miss the mark with portion sizes. Can't complain much though as the quality stays regardless of delivery! " (*Curated Review*)
" Al-Aqsa Restaurant offers a true taste of tradition with its menu bursting with authentic Bangladeshi flavors. I particularly enjoyed the mutton chops and laachcha paratha. What I appreciated was how friendly the staff were, trying to accommodate the large crowd while ensuring I got my order right. I will be back! " (*Curated Review*)
" The staff seem overwhelmed and struggled to manage the number of guests during my visit. Although the food was good, the wait times and lack of attention detracted a bit from the overall experience. I understand it's a busy restaurant, but a little more organization would go a long way. " Incredible food with a side of culture! The energy in this restaurant during lunch is delightful. The fish curry I had was fresh and paired well with the rice. I watched the staff work tirelessly to keep up with the orders. They deserve a round of applause for their hard work – I will be back for sure! " (*Curated Review*)
" A friend suggested Al-Aqsa, and I’m really glad I went. The food is delicious, and definitely reminds me of trips to Bangladesh. The service was decent, but they were really busy. I also appreciated the vegetarian options available. I think it’s a great family-friendly place and I plan to take my kids next time! " (*Curated Review*)
