" Just got back from Mojave Cantina, and I’m still smiling from the experience! The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about your experience. I had the chicken fajitas which came with a great variety of veggies and were sizzling as they arrived at my table. It brought a nice theatrical touch to the meal. The food was plentiful, and I appreciated how fresh everything tasted. I recommend this place if you're looking for great Mexican food and a fun environment. " I’m really happy I gave Mojave Cantina a try! The vibrant colors and atmosphere make you feel welcomed right away. I loved the chips and salsa; the salsa had a wonderful kick that I enjoyed. I ordered a molcajete and was amazed by the presentation; however, the flavors were a bit one-note for my taste. Nevertheless, the atmosphere was lively, which added to the enjoyment of my meal. I ordered the chicken enchiladas, and they were amazing; perfectly cheesy and saucy. My husband enjoyed the steak fajitas, which were a good portion and quite flavorful. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and he made sure our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. " I had the chance to visit Mojave Cantina after hearing such good things from friends, and it sure met my expectations. I was greeted warmly, and the decor made me feel as though I had stepped into an authentic cantina. I ordered the combo plate, which came with a bit of everything – taco, enchilada, and a chalupa. All were flavorful, but the enchilada stood out for me because of its rich sauce. Portions were generous but do keep in mind that everything is quite filling!
