" I recently visited Simply Thai and was pleasantly surprised! The ambiance was inviting, and the staff greeted us with big smiles. I ordered the Green Curry, which was just the right level of spice and flavor. The portions were generous, too. " Simply Thai has become one of my favorites! I've ordered various dishes and each time they've exceeded my expectations. The last time, I had the Drunken Noodles, and let me tell you, it was perfect! Spicy, tasty, and with a generous portion. The staff is a gem; they remember my name and my usual order! " My family and I dined here for the first time and it was an enjoyable experience overall. I had the Pad See Ew, and while it wasn’t terrible, it certainly isn’t the best I’ve had. The flavor was a bit off and not what I was expecting. I did enjoy the portion size and it was a hearty meal. " While I give thumbs up for the service at Simply Thai, I wasn’t as impressed with the food. I do love that they add southeast Asian flair to their dishes, but I think they need to nail the flavors a bit more for full authenticity. Overall, the crab rangoon was delicious, but my main dish was just too sweet for me. I appreciate that they are trying to cater to a wide audience but maybe they could consider a balance of flavors. " I visited Simply Thai last weekend and had a great time! The staff was exceptionally friendly and quick, which was impressive given how busy the place was. I tried the Massaman Curry which was definitely on the sweeter side, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I must admit, I wish it offered a bit more spice.
