" The best pasta dishes I’ve had in years! I came to Monteverde for the hype, and it certainly lived up to it. The cacio whey pepe had the perfect cheese and pepper balance, and I wanted to lick the plate clean. Their attention to pasta-making shines through every dish especially with their seasonal menus! " A fantastic find! Monteverde offers excellent Italian food that feels both authentic and modern. The place is stylish, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. We had the cacio e pepe along with the gnocchi which were both sumptuous. The dessert menu is equally excellent; I totally recommend the butterscotch budino.
