" I don't even know what to say about this place. My husband and I thought we'd give Taco Bell a try during lunch because a friend recommended it, but honestly, it was a complete disaster. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. At least six other patrons were complaining too. When our order finally arrived, it was cold, and they had forgotten the hot sauce we asked for numerous times. I just don’t understand how they could get something so simple so wrong. The employees looked overwhelmed and disorganized, leading me to believe they were either undertrained or just didn’t care. We ended up throwing the food away, not wanting to risk getting sick from old, cold tacos. I will never come back. Save your money, folks! " (*Curated Review*)
" If I could give zero stars I would. I came in with my family, expecting a quick meal after a long day. What we got was the opposite. It took forever for anyone to even acknowledge us, and when they finally did, the manager was yelling at the staff. I felt uncomfortable just being there! When we finally ordered, it took nearly 40 minutes to receive our food. And when we did get it, most of it was wrong! We had burritos when we ordered tacos, and they were cold! " Regrettably, I thought this Taco Bell would be the same as others I’ve been to, but it was decidedly not. The customer service was disgraceful! I waited over 10 minutes just to have my order taken, and when I finally received my food, I was met with an incorrect order. They didn’t even bother making it right. " Wow, what a letdown! I've always enjoyed Taco Bell at other locations, but this one is a train wreck. I waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes, only for them to hand me a bag full of wrong items! The staff appeared to be confused about the simplest orders. When I went inside to fix it, the employees were arguing among themselves like it was some sort of reality TV show. My food was not only wrong, it was cold and old. " I wish I could say something positive about this Taco Bell, but sadly, there is nothing nice to say. I come here because it’s the closest option, but every time I do, I regret it. It’s as if they toss the food together instead of preparing it. The last experience involved another long wait and incorrect items.
